| Job Description | Use this position to apply for a role as a senior manager We always have openings for hotel side officers in the following categories: Hotel Director - must have prior cruise ship HD experience, plus large five star hotel background with a focus on rooms and F&B Assistant Hotel Director - this is a transition role for GM's of large four and five star hotels who wish to become Hotel Directors but have no prior cruise experience. You would be required to do at least one contract as an AHD in order to fully transition to an HD role. Cruise Director - Must have prior experience as a Cruise Director or Assistant Cruise Director Executive Housekeeper - Must have a minimum of two years as Exec Housekeeper of a large five star hotel or cruise ship Human Resources Manager - Must have experience working as an HR manager for a large hotel or hospitality related company Executive Chef - 4 years experience as Executive Chef of a large, multiple outlet five star hotel and/or cruise line Executive Sous Chef - Must have experience as an Executive chef or Executive sous chef of a very large four or five star hotel or cruise ship Training and Development manager - require four years experience as T&D manager for large corporate hotel Food and Beverage Manager - four years as F&B manager of large multi outlet five star hotel or cruise line Beverage Manager - four years as Beverage manager of large multi outlet five star hotel or cruise line Onboard Marketing Manager - experience as both a marketing manager and revenue manager of a large five star hotel or cruise line
